Vlad Wielbut represented ACT in a panel of experts invited to speak at the Detroit Area Grantmakers' meeting organized by the Council of Michigan Foundations. Other members of the panel were Richard Rappleye (Charles Stewart Mott Foundation) and Karen Carotta (Michigan Comnet). The discussion was moderated by Tim Wintermute (Hannan Foundation).

In his presentation Vlad talked about the uses of Internet beyond mere access to information, i.e. for communication and collaboration. Examples of innovative applications, especially in the ASP model, were presented. This presentation is available online, in HTML format.
